Technical Support/IT Analyst

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically
  • Ready for onsite System pickup/delivery from warehouse/distributors. 
  • Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates as needed
  • Create and maintain IT Inventory.
  • Provide introductory online training for company products/applications
  • Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
  • Basic knowledge in Active Directory, Networking, VOIP phone configuration.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Previous working experience in IT support 
  • Associate degree in Computer Science/ B.Tech/MCA 
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows 10, Polycom, Cisco WebEx, Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365

Bachelors/Masters

Realtime/Handson troubleshooting knowledge required
