We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and implement Salesforce enhancements. Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems and applications, using tools like Salesforce APIs, RESTful services, and middleware platforms. Develop and maintain Salesforce Lightning Experience components, including Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components. Perform unit testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions. Maintain Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder flows, validation rules, and page layouts. Provide technical support and guidance to Salesforce administrators and end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving technical challenges. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, assessing their impact on existing solutions and implementing necessary changes. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint demos. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and IT, to ensure alignment between Salesforce solutions and business objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience developing Salesforce solutions, with proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer) preferred. Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce development, including experience with Salesforce APIs, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce security model. Experience with Salesforce DX, source-driven development, and version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus. Knowledge of web development technologies and languages, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular), is desirable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is preferred.
