Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy in alignment with organizational objectives. Manage IT department personnel, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and development. Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud environments, cybersecurity, and software systems. Ensure data security, compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and disaster recovery plans. Manage IT budgets, cost optimization initiatives, and vendor relationships. Evaluate and implement new technologies and systems to improve business processes. Oversee IT project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of systems upgrades and new implementations. Collaborate with department heads to identify and address technology needs across the organization. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and uptime. Report on IT performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement to executive leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred). 13+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of IT initiatives. Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, and enterprise applications. Experience with IT governance, compliance, and risk management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
