HR Executive

Role and Responsibilities

Recruitment and Staffing: o Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and hiring new employees. o Work with department managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely and effective hiring processes. o Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Employee Relations: o Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner. o Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and addressing workplace issues. o Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, including, but not limited to control of leaves, vacations, attendance, disciplinary procedures, employee’s roster, amongst others. Compliance and Record Keeping: o Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance records. o Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities. Compensation: o Provide support in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payroll administration HR Projects and Initiatives: o Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and practices. o Support organizational change initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various HR-related projects.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum English level: B2 Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a corporate setting.
