IT operations management (ITIL, ServiceNow) 12. Global team management, responsible for managing teams across multiple countries 13. Experience with shared services (creating, rolling out, updating, managing stakeholders) 14. Experience with Asset Management 15. Familiarity with general IT Security methods to fend off phishing, ransomware, and other risks 16. Experience with Server/data backup strategies for a global organization 17. Being able to set up strategy and execute plans for all content in the organization 18. Support organization wide certification efforts, Such as IS0 27001, Soc2, PCI, Cyber essential 19. ISO 27001 - Lead Auditor certification is a plus 20. Represent organization infosec & Privacy to demonstrate security policy procedure and compliance to applicable standards, address audit requirements as applicable 21.
